Cancellation Policy / Terms & conditions:
To guarantee the booking, one night accommodation required as a deposit on booking with the balance to be paid two weeks prior to check in. Please note full prepayment is charged to credit cards upon internet online booking confirmation.
Rates include continental breakfast daily served from 7.30am to 10.00am.
Booking dates may be changed subject to availability up to two weeks before arrival.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation of booking fee. Cancellations made outside 7 days of arrival will incur a minimum of 5% administration fee.
No smoking indoors, ashtrays provided in the courtyard.
Sorry, no pets allowed.

We have a friendly German Shepherd dog, Rex. He doesn't like to bark at all. Don't worry; he won't annoy guests during their stays. He is part of our family, a good host, a heart breaker!
